We’re pleased you are exploring our community for your healthcare needs. We work to make the admissions process a welcoming, stress-free process.

Prior to admission to our skilled nursing community, we will meet with you and any family members you choose to determine if our services are appropriate. This usually happens in a hospital or your home. In addition to discussing specific medical needs, the admissions representative will discuss end-of-life planning, such as advance directives, with you to ensure your medical wishes are honored.

In order to make your new home as comfortable as possible, we encourage you to bring personal possessions, such as photos, knickknacks, small plants, wall hangings, blankets, and clothing. Our goal is to create an environment that is conducive to wellness.

Your admissions representative will also discuss payment arrangements with you as well as Medicaid and Medicare benefits, including how to apply.
